When can I expect my order?
• Current processing time = 1-2 weeks from date of purchase.
All items are made to order. Once you place your order, we purchase the supplies needed to create your items. We do it this way to ensure we reduce the amount of waste produced as a company.
• Delivery time:
- STANDARD 2nd Class = 2-5 working days*
- 1st Class upgrade = 1-2 working days*
- Special Delivery upgrade = 1 working day*
All postage options include a signature on delivery for piece of mind.
*The delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
COVID UPDATE - PLEASE READ
• We will be limiting our post office drop offs to one day a week.
• Although we will move heaven and earth to ensure we get your order to you as quickly as possible, please remember that once we post your order the length of time it takes for it to be delivered to you is out of our hands.
• If your order is time sensitive we would recommend upgrading your postage at checkout.
• Due to the Christmas influx of parcels and the current pandemic the postal system is overwhelmed at the moment and as a result there are some delays and deliveries are taking a lot long than normal.
• We understand this may be frustrating but rest assured your orders will be with you as soon as possible.
RETURNS POLICY
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days from date of purchase as long as they are in a resale-able condition (items washed or worn, marked with perfume or other scents, soiled with make-up or deodorant marks will not be accepted).
Returns or exchanges are not accepted on personalised items.
Return postage is responsibility of the buyer, unless item is faulty.
